Onboarding should take no more than 10 minutes of work from the restaurant owner/manager. You will receive an onboarding document that is pre-filled; your only job is to check our information and edit if necessary. Once complete, we should have you up and running that same day.

There are three components to setup: telephone integration, POS/menu integration, and testing. Telephone integration takes 1-3 business days. Once complete, we launch agent Adam to listen passively to your human-to-human calls to learn the nuances of your brand and menu. While that happens in the background, we begin integrating with your POS system, which takes 1-3 weeks to complete. Around the time POS integration is nearly complete, we begin a testing phase to ensure menu accuracy and tweak things stylistically to closely match your brand.

All changes you make in your point of sale will be automatically communicated with your customers.

If you do not have a point-of-sale system, you can easily make changes in the Virnika dashboard that will be reflected in your customer communications.
